Info
Robins Esther's stone was found by chance. The stone formed
part of a village bridge covering a sewerage watercourse.
The recovery team needed to video the underside of the bridge
to discover the Hebrew insription upon playback. The bridge
was dismantled to remove the headstone and reassembled with
a plank of wood in its place. Four recovery team members and
a tricycle were required to lift and move the stone.
