Delbourno Sarah daughter of Sol, wife of Jacob. Parts of this
stone were located in different areas of the village. The
first fragment displayed an English inscription so we didn't
purue it. However, soon after we located a matching piece
which revealed a Hebrew incription and a Star of David. The
enterprising property stone of where the stone was found was
reluctant to part with the stone at a reasonable price. At
the same time one of the villagers claims to have another
seven headstones in his backyard.The Hebrew inscription indicated
that this is a memorial stone to the late Sarah daughter of
Sol,wife of Jacob Delbourno. Sarah Delbourno died in Shanghai
in the age of 75.
